Cold by far. Warm and dry are roughly equal and wet is by far the worst.

Warm is the best; dry is the worst. Funny how even cold Rome's summer is like mine in a decent year.

Cold Rome
Very easily. Best winters, with the highest seasonal range.

Coldest easily. Warm is too hot in summer and too dry most of the year. Cold has decent temperatures and rainfall. Wet is too wet, Dry is too dry.

Warm Rome is the best of the bunch, although I'd take average normal Rome over all of those.
