Anywhere else that has three months below 1C but none below 0C? Apart from other northern English/Scottish climates you'd have thought only parts of the Norwegian west coast could fit the bill.
I checked Rotterdam and it's 1.4, 0.8 and 0.5, so anywhere east of that will probably be too continental to have all three winter months close enough in temperature.
Likewise all three winter months in Bingley have highs between 5 and 6C: 5.8, 5.5 and 5.6.
