This 30 year data span is all I could find for this interesting location. Anyways...rate away... After looking at the actual data, it's a pretty variable climate in pretty much every month. Summers are generally dry with only 5-10 rain days June-September. April/October either receive little to no snowfall, or a huge dump. October 1935 had a -11/-18 (C) day on the 29th, which wasn't surpassed that winter until early February 1936. Thought that was an interesting stat, especially since the first few days that month reached 25C. Anyway, I give the climate an A-. Precip stats Snowiest months: Jan 1953 - 224 cm (2nd wettest month ever with 226.6 mm total precip) Jan 1951 - 172 cm Nov 1945 - 161 cm Dec 1955 - 154 cm Jan 1959 - 150 cm Nov 1955 - 144 cm Dec 1957 - 138 cm Jan 1954 - 138 cm Jan 1935 - 128 cm Feb 1948 - 125 cm Dec 1952 - 122 cm Mar 1956 - 121 cm
Rainiest months: Jan 1961 - 210 mm (wettest month ever with 267.5 mm total precip) Nov 1949 - 191 mm Nov 1939 - 183 mm Dec 1939 - 163 mm Oct 1950 - 144 mm Dec 1950 - 140 mm
Rainiest Summer month is July 1953 at 118 mm.
There were a few completely dry months: April 1934, July 1945, April 1951, May 1956, July 1958

C+; Winters far too cold, but at least adequately snowy. Summers far too cool, but at least sunny. Excellent precip pattern.

D. Average highs are very similar to my location Dec-Mar but that summer is unimaginably weak. I also don't like the lack of seasonal lag. November should not be colder than March! The precip distribution is good but I'd like to see more precip overall, and how about we delete the snow from May and June?

B
Pretty solid climate. Winters are a tad cooler than ideal and would prefer more rainfall in general. Summer temps look perfect.

B-, pretty good but too chilly on summer nights. Winter also gets a lot of rain for those average temps. It has the potential for great months of weather, but can also get lots of cool days in summer or mild rainy days in winter.

Lower margins of A+. Summers can be wetter. If there's convectivity I will remove that concern.
