How would y'all rate the climate of Laredo, TX with its record highs being equal to or above 95°F in all months of the year? I give it an A-, as dew points are too high for an A or A+ (average July dew point is 70°F).

F+ for the torrid summers, non-existent winters.
A (strong) positive is the seemingly high thunderstorm activity.

E+.
Btw, this place has recorded 9 ice days before (most recently 2011) and measurable snow in 9 years (most recently 2017) which is very impressive for how warm it is.

I’ve actually experienced both extremes of winter in south Texas when I was in San Antonio in January 2017. When I arrived there was a low of 19°F with high wind (it was uncomfortable to be outside very long at night) and by the time I left it was over 80°F during the day. It can be both very cold for its latitude and very warm for its latitude.

B
Pretty good, didn’t realise parts of Texas were so warm in winter, usually in the US at similar latitudes away from the west coast the good climates are ruined by ridiculous low temperatures

D Too hot and dry. Still beats Phoenix tho.

A generous D. Only saving grace is the winters.

F+
Winters would be a nice "cool season" but it's not enough. The warm season is too long and would definitely get old very quickly.

B+. One of 'Murica's best climates; just needs to be a bit wetter in the winter.

Too hot and too dry in the winter, but at least it gets storms and has some summer drought. C+

Summers are a bit too hot and dry and winters a little cooler than ideal. Other than that, it's pretty good. I like that there's the potential for some really dramatic temperature swings in winter and supposedly some pretty impressive storms in summer. B+.

C+.... might even have done the B- thing except for the "ridiculously low" average lows.

Nowhere in the southeastern US has "ridiculously low" average lows. Yes they do, the southern states in the US get stronger and more frequent cold snaps than here.

D. My cup of tea is 4 season humid continental climates, which this only delivers 1/2 of, with a very oppressive summer.
