7 day forecast for Northlake: Staying mostly milder this week, with midweek storms. Becoming sunnier and average by the Christmas weekend.  7 day forecast for Blocktown: Staying mild and fine, until the end of the week. A White Christmas is almost certain this year.

ilmc90 Can I PLEASE live in your dream climate? Please? That way, I'd be able to have 40s and 50s for my birthday and Christmas instead of single digits and teens. Friday is even bordering on a short-sleeves day, in winter, in ILMC's dream climate. That must be some kind of record.

2022 Summary of MeteomanfordHere is our first complete year of data for the "dream climate" of Meteomanford. December 2021 was the first whole month of data and December 2022 was about 1.5°C milder than that month. Rainfall and sunshine are at reasonable levels and the climate is of a very moderate, comfortable and pleasant sort all year around. One unusual feature for an oceanic climate is that the precipitation is largely convective and so there are a high number of thunderstorms. 2022 recorded 82 days with thunder.

December was another well-above average month in terms of temperature (+6 F above the mean temp). Rainfall, snowfall and sun were very close to average. 2022 as a whole was +4 F above the mean temp. Rainfall was just slightly above average and snowfall was a little below average but well within the normal range. Sun slightly above average but again, nothing really notable.  |
