Meteomanford April 2023 SummaryThere was a notable rainstorm across 3rd-4th, which resulted in flash floods. 2nd week had a thundery period, whereas the 2nd half of month was quite a bit drier with some very sunny days.

May 2023 Summary, MeteomanfordMay '23 was a turbulent month with some violent thunderstorms, notably on 18th and 24th. 11 days of thunder is the highest monthly number since last June. Rainfall was high, and hail was recorded on 5 days. Temps were a bit over average. In a big event 10 people died by one lightning strike in an enclosed area which is one of the biggest weather "disasters" in the area so far. Sunshine was about average. It was briefly hot on one day with temps over 80/27.
