26.7°N, so similar to Florida. But it's more inland so hotter in summer.

The transition to winter continues. A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect tomorrow morning through Wednesday due to periods of icy and snowy conditions. November is shaping up to be a stubbornly chilly month as it is not expected to even reach 50 F/10 C at all. It was a decent and long warm season, but reality eventually catches up.

Monday, 11/20: Light snow early, otherwise cloudy with occasional drizzle. Snowfall around a tenth of an inch. High 36 F/2 C. Low 32 F/0 C.
Tuesday, 11/21: Periods of rain and freezing rain. Ice accumulation up to a tenth of an inch. High 35 F/2 C. Low 32 F/0 C.
Wednesday, 11/22: Mix of rain and snow changing to all snow during the afternoon. Snowfall may be heavy at times. Rainfall around a tenth of an inch. Snowfall accumulation 2-5 inches. High 35 F/2 C. Low 31 F/-1 C.
Thursday, 11/23: A few peaks of sunshine, but generally cloudy. Breezy. High 35 F/2 C. Low 28 F/-2 C.
Friday, 11/24: Breezy with a mix of sun and clouds. A snow flurry possible. High 38 F/3 C. Low 26 F/-3 C.

Synopsis: First few days of the forecast will be the continued cold snap from the end of the current forecasting period, then a low pressure will move through the area late this week bringing in milder air but heavy snowfall and high winds with reduced visibility, then November will end off with a cold snap that will usher in the coldest temperatures of the season so far.
Tuesday (11/21): Bitterly cold with ice fog. High: -36 Low: -55
Wednesday (11/22): Bitterly cold with ice fog. High: -40 Low: -59
Thursday (11/23): Starting off bitterly cold in the morning, with slightly milder air moving in ahead of a low pressure system in the late afternoon and evening hours, snow falling overnight with gusty winds. 5-7" of snow expected, winds out of the E at 20-35 mph. High: -20 Low: -25
Friday (11/24): Heavy snow and breezy and milder. 12-18" of snow expected, with localized higher amounts, especially across higher elevated, northern outskirt locations. Winds will be gusting out of the E and ESE at 30-45 mph, some gusts will exceed 60 mph. High: 0 Low: -10
Saturday (11/25): Heavy snow in the early morning hours, with clearer and colder air moving in the late morning and early afternoon hours. Temperatures falling through the afternoon, evening, and overnight hours. An addition 6-8" of snow expected. High: -5 Low: -30
Sunday (11/26): Clear and much colder, with ice fog developing in the morning. High: -30 Low: -54
Monday (11/27): Clear and bitterly cold with ice fog. High: -43 Low: -59
Tuesday (11/28): Clear and bitterly cold with ice fog. High: -50 Low: -63
Wednesday (11/29): Clear and bitterly cold with ice fog. High: -54 Low: -65
Thursday (11/30): Clear and bitterly cold with ice fog. High: -55 Low: -66
Averages on 11/21 are 5/-13 and on 11/30 they're -1/-19.
Looks like the predictions for a benign November were off for the most part, and amplified jet stream with a big trough over the region has brought overall quite stormy and very, very cold weather. Pattern doesn't look to change any time soon. Might be a rough winter for Winter Haven.
Long-range models are showing that spring may be warmer than normal, but that's still a ways off so no holding breath here.

What can I say? My dream climate is as crazy as I am, lol. All signs are pointing to a really harsh winter this year, which will be kind of "making up" for the past two ridiculously mild winters (15-16 and 16-17).
