A below average, but sunny pattern has taken place. Winter has arrived in Jacarandopolis (after a very umm...hot November) and looks like it's not going to be leaving anytime soon. Break out the mistletoes and the Christmas decorations, cause WINTER IS HERE

Overview of the year in Jacarandopolis  November was abnormally warm with the highs being 6F higher than average! Surely one of the warmest Novembers on record in the City of a Thousand Jacarandas. Not only that, but most of the warmth came in last two weeks alone, where the temperatures were consistently 10-15F above average, very very very rare occurrence during this time of year, as late November is typically extremely stable |

Far below average temperatures continue. The pattern being 10-15F below normal for Jacarandopolis. Even some flurries are expected for Christmas and New Years Day, although the Downtown station is not expected to get any accumulation. Accumulated snow Downtown is very rare, happening maybe a couple times a century at most. On the other hand, outskirts can easily accumulate some snow, especially since the lows on the outskirts are 4F to 8F cooler than Downtown. Winter lovers should keep in mind that late-December/early-January is the peak of the cold season, so this is probably the coldest temperatures that Jacarandopolis will see during winter. This differs from Northeast US, where the peak of the cold is often March or April
