Rate Laurel Summit, PA in 2010. This station sits on the side of a high in the Laurel Highlands (~2600' ASL). An extreme year for snow, even for them (Annual average is around 150" of snow). Warmer than average most of the year outside winter - snow depths of 50" (150cm+) were reported in the end of February.

Pretty damn good IMO, so I'm going with A-. March was shitty and went to spring quickly, same with November (stayed autumn too long) but overall great.

No 90'F = automatic F. Other than that, looks like here but with a weak, 2009-style summer and a lot more snow.

D-. You actually made a real weather box though! Up until this morning thought everyone hated my excel boxes. This will be a one time thing.

D, winters are way too cold, summers are not warm enough, no average lows above 60, and worst of all, snow in May!

Dā: hideously stable and washed-out summers, although the heavy snowfall is a major saving grace for the frigid winter temps. The fact that the highest temp was recorded in early-autumn, is quite a disadvantage.
Noticed it's also nearly the same elevation as Laurel Hill in NSW (only 100 m difference). Bit of trivia there!

Excellent temperatures but too wet. Much better than the long-term average but still not ideal. If precip was cut in half, and the record highs and lows were more extreme, A. As it is now, B-.

C Too cold and snowy, and lacking good summer heat. But better than their average year.
