I thought this was a cool thread over on CD and figured it would be cool to have one like it here too.
I'll start off with a pretty easy one: find a climate in the northern hemisphere, above 30'N latitude, where July is tied for the lowest monthly record high. (Yes it does exist!)

Find a northern hemisphere climate where July and August are the coolest and wettest months of the year, and have never recorded 30c.

Genau. This one might be tricky, and this time I'm not thinking of a particular place: - Average high in coldest month at least 70'F (21'C), but less than 85'F (29'C) - Average high in warmest month at least 86'F (30'C) and at least 9'F (5'C) warmer than that of the coldest - Dry season in summer, but still at least 1" (25 mm) of precip in every month - At least 30" (760 mm) of precip annually, but no more than 72" (1830 mm)

That precip pattern is definitely unusual.

Find a Koppen tundra climate (not a mountain top/pass) which has a record low milder than that of Alice Springs (-7.5°C/18.5°F) Crozet Islands en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crozet_Islands

Nice thread idea. I'll go: Find me any climate that has 100ºF average highs in a month that also gets 8"+ of rainfall on average in that same month. Yes, it does exist.

The part before the wet season has temps similar the previous month, and the part after the wet season has similar temps to the next month (high 20s to low 30s). So you don't get the combination of heavy rainstorms and extreme heat.

I'm really curious to find such a climate! July and August being the wettest months is fairly common, and a few deep tropical places have July and August as their coolest months because of extreme precipitation. So such a place should be a tropical highland near the equator with extreme monsoonal rainfall. Mahabaleshwar is a close candidate! July and August are cooler than January, but it has >30°C record highs.
