Perff for being much less humid.

They're both pretty good....a Med climate actually in the Mediterranean , and one half way round the world in the Southern Hemisphere I don't dislike either of them.... having said that, I have flown in and out of Perth many times in the winter months and it is always showery/rainy and cold for someone from the Deep North.

It's one of the tougher ones I've seen on here, but I'll go with Perfffff for having higher record highs and more precipitation throughout the year, especially in the summer, while ironically also having the advantage of lower summer dew points. It would be even better with Luqa's record lows, though.

Itβs a tough one. Perth has better summers, Malta has better winters.
I think Iβll go with Malta

Perfffffff seems a bit more interesting, so I'll go with that. Malta would bore me to tears.

I guess that malta needs to be updated as they broke a record high there yesterday.

Perth
Longer, hotter heatwaves, and can get actual wintry rain with cold fronts instead of warm fronts.

PERFFF of course. Look at their current forecast to find out why.

I chose Malta, prefer the humid heat over the dry heat perth gets. better minimum temps in malta as well.

Wow, I'm shocked you picked Malta over Perth. I mean, granted, Malta's summers are more consistently very warm to hot, but they rarely get truly hot. Perth also has more months with average highs over 80'F as well as more sunshine for the year.

Someone ought to make an attempt at a coconut palm here...

I vote Malta, and it seems it gets much more interesting weather too, such as good thunderstorms on a regular basis outside of summer.

Perth, but clearly I don't like either option.

Damn this is hard.. both are excellent climates.
Perth has better winters, I guess sea temps are better in Malta plus summer humidity, heatwaves are stronger in Perth.. which place gets better storms?
Both are A bit I canβt choose between them, potentially Malta as they seem to be consistently above average and coastal areas sees lows warmer than those Luqa averages, it would feel pretty muggy at night right into October

Perth sometimes get a bit of stormy summer weather if a Cyclone meanders down the coast a bit or crosses in the North and turns into a rain bearing depression. But the winter 'coldies' screaming in from the Indian Ocean can be pretty good. I was in Mandurah late May / early June 2018 and over a period of several weeks there were some insane 'coldies', including a tornado or 2 impacting the south west coast, lots of wind, rain and temps around 15c

Both are inoffensive and rather nice. I'll go with Perth for the warmer, shorter winters.

I guess Perth to avoid minimal diurnal range and for slightly better summers.
