2018 with ease, due to an epic early winter (single digit maxima!) and a hot, stormy summer.
Love the thread idea, matey 👍🏻

2019 has better seasonal definition than the other years, and it has a wet winter month. Some of those winter months would drive me absolutely nuts though, no variation and no rain.

2018 for sure, which even despite the pathetic Dickcember encapsulates everything I've always liked about Giorbanguly's dream climate. I can also assume based on conversations I've had with him in the past that the freaky July rain total was the result of a few spread-out blowout days across the month, while most days are dry sunny, 90s for highs/60s for lows kinds of days. June 2019 could have been a Wisconsin June other than that one fluke hot day. Giorbanguly has also told me the reason 2020's summer was so Wisconsin-like is that it's uncomfortable to have to wear a face diaper in hot conditions - dude, you could just roleplay your dream climate to be in a country without kung flu laws, and not have to worry about it! 2020 also loses points due to having exactly no precipitation in Sucktember AND Cocktober back to back.

2018 for having the warmest summer, even if spring warm-up is painfully slow.

2018 for actually having a somewhat acceptable winter month and the most seasonality, but Jesus fuck that December is painfully stable. Average low of 33.2 F and a lowest temp of 32 F all December?

I was just craving cooler weather anyways cause of the face masks. I have no precip at all in September and October cause I was fed up with the rains in Seoul in August lol my dream climate sorta encapsulates reality and how I wish it was different
