Clearly I'm picking Buffalo. More pleasant summers, colder winters, snowier, less sticky in summer.

^ I think you got the cities mixed up with the charts lol
Bumfalo easily for the much better winters. NYC's winters are too weak, the difference in winter easily makes up for the better summers in NYC.
