Texas is a huge state that nearly stretches 11 degrees of latitude between the southernmost point and the northern border with the Oklahoma Panhandle, so I figured it'd be interesting to have a battle between it's two extremes. First choice is Brownsville in the far south on the Mexican border. Located at nearly the same latitude as Miami, nearly a full-blown tropical climate. Second choice is Stratford, in the far north near the Oklahoma border at nearly the same latitude as Nashville, almost a full-blown continental climate. For me, I easily choose Stratford. Much more interesting and the winters actually get quite cold and they get about the same amount of snow as somewhere like Cincinnati. Brownsville is essentially a drier, more continental version of the climate here so that's a no go, though still better than here.

Stratford!
Brownsville is just dull.

Stratford is an excellent climate, really easy choice.
Brownsville has had ice days before. For a sea level climate at 25 N, thatβs extremely impressive.

This is a tough choice for me. I'd like Stratford's dryness, and lowish summer dew points, but I'd find the winters too chilly. On the other hand, Brownsville's mugginess would get tiring after a while, but I'd like the mildness of the winters. I'll go with Brownsville, even if summers are muggier, and more stable than ideal.

Brownsville. Didn't even have to look at the data.

Brownsville, looks pretty nice. Summers are very similar to Bangkok, but winters are much cooler (but still pleasant). How are the storms there?

Brownsville. Stratford isn't bad compared to here, but Brownsville is warmer in all months, has more annual precipitation, and doesn't have snow in May.

Definitely Stratford. Although the winters are still too meh. Summer has low humidity, which is great π π. Just wish it was 5 F cooler during the day in summer. That would be perfect.
