Records, average precip. amount and average precip. days are from Weatherbase (rain days are from Met Office to avoid confusion). A town in the inner Hebrides, in central-west Scotland. I rate this a B+ due to the insanely high winter minimums. There's a ton of mixed precipitation in the forecast here as of now.

It's 5 degrees too cool all year round and well as too cloudy but I love the amount and consistency of rain.

I like the cool summers, abundant rain and low sunlight hours.

That's pretty bad, even for Scotland. I'm sure some people would like it at first, but it would get old after a while.
