1981-2010 normals for Singapore.
For some reason still can't find official climate normals data for Indonesia and Malaysia. I just emailed the Indonesian met office though (for the 1991-2020 normals)...

Thanks for emailing. I've also tried looking for data from Indonesia and Malaysia, but with no success.

Searching for large countries or highly populated countries that are missing: I'll look for these some other time unless someone else does it first. North AmericaGreenland - is that part of Denmark? see post above GuatemalaHaiti Dominican Republic Nicaragua South AmericaEcuadorEuropeFrance see post below Italy see below Ukraine PolandRomaniaCzech RepublicAsiaIndonesia - div/0 already commented on this Pakistan Mongolia Kazakhstan Iran Africa Almost every country
Oceania
No large countries missing
Antarctica -There is most likely no "national" service.

Crunch41 The page for Italian climate data is only accessible if you have an Italian IP address IIRC, you could use a VPN to get around the issue.

If you know how to use API:s there's frost.met.no
If you have a Norwegian ip address you can still use eklima.met.no
Otherwise you're now left to use seklima.met.no unfortunately for Norwegian weather data.

I can open eklima.met.no, but there doesn't seem to be anywhere to access data without taking me to seklima.met.no.

Guatemala:INSIVUMEH - archived site with monthly data Ecuador:INAMHI - annual summaries of each station from 1990 to 2012. Go to "Publicaciones Meteorológicas" then "Anuarios Meteorológicos". Hong Kong:Hong Kong Observatory - scroll down to Climatological Database. Normals for the observatory are under "Hong Kong Meteorological Observations", monthly summaries for other stations can be found under "Individual Weather Station". Uzbekistan:Centre of Hydrometeorological Service - normals available by downloading the CSV file Jordan:Jordan Meteorological Department - table of normals for 5 cities Czech Republic:CHMI - downloadable monthly summaries by station

Great job Tommy, link for data from Ecuador isn't working for me, though.

Hello everyone from Athens! More specifically I live in the Athens Riviera This is my first post and I would like to add for Greece
National Observatory of Athens (NOA)
Climate Normals for 53 NOA stations
It currently has over 400 Davis Fan aspirated meteorological stations and supplements HNMS in communicating to WMO (through HNMS) the data of some of their WMO stations!
