I have been gathering a list of the official government meteorology/climatology services in a lot of countries in an effort to find climate averages for unusual climates and replace suspect sources like "Weatherbase" in a lot of locations. I want to eventually get to a point where all of this data can be entered into a single database, which can be searched to find climates that meet a set of conditions you are looking for.

Servicio Meteorológico Nacional - easy to use site with map of stations (make sure to zoom in), including some Antarctic ones. More detailed data for major stations in this text file.
Bolivia
SENAMHI - no climate normals, but could be calculated from tabulated values under "Datos Mensuales". Use this to figure out which station to choose.
Brazil
INMET - go to "Normais Climatológicas" for mapped climate data or to "Gráficos Climatológicos" for data by station. Data can also be downloaded here.
Chile
Dirección Meteorológica de Chile - search for climate normals using the station codes found on this map. However, the vast majority of stations don't have normals calculated and I can't find a list of stations that do, so it's mostly trial and error to find one. Airport stations seem more likely to have them.
Colombia
IDEAM - very detailed climate data available in both map and table form which can be viewed by parameter or by individual station under "Analysis by Departments"
