Both climates are heavily moderated by their coastal location and have some of the coolest summer max temps in their respective states. These climates are nearly equally horrible for me, but Port Clyde just barely wins.

God damn, two more awful climates. Port Clyde is slightly less awful though.
It that a real climate?

Port Clyde by far. The summers are disappointingly mild but I still prefer that over having monotonous swampy heat for most of the year.

Nettles Island's January average temps are almost identical to those of Port Clyde in August.
Needless to say, Nettles Island wins for me. It has a summer and doesn't get snow in April or October. In fact, I would imagine Nettles Island barely gets any snow at all.

Port Clyde quite easily. It's kinda lame for the latitude, but it's much better than any Floridiot climate.

Before you're acting all cocky, wear a swimsuit and lay down for about an hour at the beach in January on Nettles island. Then you do the same on Port Clyde and compare.

Nettles Island easily. Florida has a wonderful climate (except for the hurricanes) and Maine is just... meh.
