A slightly improved NYC is exactly what it is. Better spring weather and more thunderstorms, thanks to its more inland location.

C+. I think it's a very good climate, and the winters are about the same average temp as where I live, much milder than I expected. Definitely summer dominated with lots of storms and humidity.

I'll give it a C as well, I like the whole "generally warm climate that still gets proper winter weather" thing, but those summers look very sticky for doing much energetic outside.
