Wilmington, for having a more interesting climate overall.

Easily Wilmington for the far superior precipitation pattern and better winter temperatures. Very good climate, summer lows just need to be cooler.

Los Angeles no contest for the warmer winters and being drier and sunnier year round.

Wilmington is about a million times better than Los Angeles and it's still not a good climate. But Wilmington, easily.

Los Angeles would win if we were purely thinking about comfort; it's also a boring-ass climate with the kind of precipitation totals that would make me go insane. Wilmington at least is interesting, with a warmer summer to boot (though LA's all-time record high is something to be envious of), so that's why it gets my vote.
The USC station for LA is much, MUCH better than the shitheap that is LAX though.

Wilmington, it's wetter, and warmer in the summer.

Downtown Los angeles has more comfortable summers. But if I had to live in the interior like Palmdale, then it's a toss up.

Wilmington by far, for more seasonality, better precipitation pattern, and just generally being a more interesting climate.

Los Angeles for a rare thunderstorm count.

Los Angeles, but Wilmington is not terrible as the east coast climates go

Wilmington slightly for being more interesting despite the more humid summers to the extent where i'd prefer LA during the summer.

Wilmington, NC cause it has more thunderstorms and actual seasons, and yes it has 4 seasons, cause I live in a similar climate to that one.

Los Angeles, and interestingly enough, there is a Wilmington neighborhood in Los Angeles, it's near the Port of Los Angeles

Wilmington
LA has warmer winters and better record temps, but is way too dry outside of winter. Wilmington is much more interesting overall and summers are solidly better in virtually every way.

Wilmy for bein more tropical year round . Go wilmy . 2/3 winters months average highs above 60 there and itโs a very strong 8b at the airport which is inland and north of town . I suspect the local beaches are weak 9as . I had the pleasure of relaxing on the beach January 1 this year with 80 degree temps . Well the shore wasnโt 80 but wilmy was .
