Easily Wichita for the warmer winters and for being sunnier year round

Wichita Seoul has better average highs, but Wichita has a much better precipitation pattern, and I like how it's more variable.

Wichita, even despite that freaky record low. It's warmer in all seasons, with a more even precipitation distribution, a higher sunshine total, and better record highs.

99 times out of 100 I'll generally choose the place with colder winters, but not in this case. Wichita seems like a much funner climate.

Witchita, because even though Seouls winters are slightly cooler they get minimal snow

Wichita. Better summer temps and I'm guessing more and better storms.

Seoul actually gets a decent summer rainfall courtesy of the north asian monsoon.... be pretty cool to experience their seasonal variations too....

Both have wide temperature ranges but Seoul feels a more appropriate four seasons climate in terms of temperature movement by each season.
