Good old fashioned Cold War climate battle. What do you pick? Note that Tuapse could be marginally warmer as they're averages go back to 1955 but it shouldn't make too much difference.

Oklahoma City for being more continental and more interesting in general.

OKC for being more continental, variable and having a much better precipitation pattern.

OKC for the warmer summers, and generally being more interesting.

Tuapse has the better precip pattern, even if the summers are cooler.
Also 89mm of rain with 4 precip days lmao, must be some strong storms

Tuapse is a lot better than most Russian climates, and certainly better than what most people think of when they hear Russia. As much as I do like it, I have to give it to Oklahoma City - warmer most of the year and more exciting with all the big temperature swings and the severe storm potential Oklahoma is known for - and the much better record highs. Tuapse has the better precip pattern, even if the summers are cooler. Also 89mm of rain with 4 precip days lmao, must be some strong storms I'll agree with all of this. 89mm of rain with 4 precip days sounds like my dream climate!

Oklahoma City.
Tuapse has terrible winters for Russia.

Tuapse for less variable winters and a higher hardiness zone.
