Let's say you make a living driving an oil hauling semi and delivering it up to the northeast. Here is the List of Cities you will encounter. Keep in Mind that they all have a subtropical climate according to Koppen: goo.gl/maps/vgYvNeWaNbSaMxvv8Port Arthur, TX Lake Charles, LA Hattiesburg, MS Birmingham, AL Chattanooga, TN Knoxville, TN Roanoke, VA Dulles, VA (Used Reston, VA data because it was the closest) (Traffic )Baltimore, MD (Use NOWData, the wiki image is useless w2.weather.gov/climate/xmacis.php?wfo=lwx ) (Traffic )Wilmington, DE Please reference the link below for climates other than Baltimore (I don't want to hog the thread with images): imgur.com/a/rYhJXtw

I think I'll go with Port Arthur - though it's very similar to Lake Charles and Baton Rouge, so all three were close. Short, cool winters; hot, stormy summers. Yum.

Wilmington is a pretty decent climate.

Port Arthur for being the warmest in winter but still not great due to polar vortex influence in winter.

I'll go with Baton Rouge (you forgot to add an option for it, lol).

Port Arthur for the heat and 60" rain a year is pretty good too.

Port Arthur for the heat and 60" rain a year is pretty good too. Watch out for hurricanes from the Gulf.... I chose Wilmington, DE. It gets the best chance of heavy snow from nor'easters.

I'll go with Baton Rouge (you forgot to add an option for it, lol). Is there a way I can edit the poll ?

I just removed baton rouge from my post. It's not too different from lake Charles anyways, so if you like that style of climate, I'd suggest voting for lake charles. Sorry ...
