Steamboat Springs for presumably being the sunniest and most variable. Close between Steamboat and Gaylord though.

Gaylord, which is unfortunately in the part of Michigan that is the reddest and most anti gay:

They are all awful and epic fail climates. I abstain my vote.

Very nice selection Kronan.
I'll have to go with Furano though, and no, it's not because I have any bias towards anything Asiatic.

All of them are gaylord af. I was gonna pick Furano but 7m of snow and 1500 hours of sun can get fucked.
So yeah Gaylord.

Gaylord. Furano is too cloudy year round, and Steamboat Springs has mornings that are just too chilly year round. Imagine waking up in the middle of July and you go outside to watch the sun rise and its in the 30s. Even in the summer you would need winter clothes to go outside in the morning. Furano has the best mornings, but as I said, it's just too dang cloudy year round. Gaylord doesn't have the warmest mornings either, but you could probably go outside in shorts and a nice jacket and feel comfortable unless it's windy.

Furano - snowiest one and most continental one. Was tough to choose this over the other two though.

Gaylord is my favorite. Steamboat has too cool of lows in summer, and the Japanese one is too rainy in summer for my tastes.

All climates are good, but I go with Furano, an A climate. It has best sunshine and precipition patterns. Gaylord also gets A grade. Steamboat Springs gets A-, because diurnal range in summer is a bit too high.
