These are my favorite climates on each continent (Antarctica excluded for obvious reasons). They all tend to be Cfa or very close to Cfa. Which of them do you like the best? North America (Little Mountain, SC): South America (Junรญn, Argentina): Europe (Aicirits, France): Asia (Bhaderwah, India): Africa (Bethlehem, South Africa): Australia/Oceania (Coonabarabran, NSW):

I think I'll go with Little Mountain, largely due to the solidity of its summers on both fronts: warm days and mild nights. It's also got the most equable precipitation pattern of the bunch. Its biggest problem is the record lows, though, which are the worst of the bunch.

Probably Little Mountain for the best chance of snow.

I'll choose Little Mountain because it's the most interesting one. Bhaderwah looks like it could get some good snowfalls from time to time, but it's way too stable.

Junin, Argentina for the best winters.

Always difficult to give a balanced and fair assessment in this type of poll.....they are all surprisingly good, even the SC one despite the record cold they can experience ( I don't do cold at all ) Bhaderwah in the Kashmir is at altitude ( 1600m ) so is always gunna be exceptionally good if you've come up from the lowlands pre Indian Monsoon Bethlehem, high up on Veldt at 1700m, again nice overall, but the altitude means lots of frost in winter and not much summer heat. Summer rain pattern. Aicirits and Junin are low altitude ( 50 - 100m ), while Coonabarabran is located on the NSW North West Slopes and Plains region, about 600m asl And although it might be Aussie bias, I'm gunna tick Coona, it has a variable changeable climate by Aussie standards, decent heatwaves and some pretty ordinary ( again by Aussie standards ) winter chill. And they also get some decent spring thunderstorms, as does the adjacent New England tablelands. But in all honesty, could tick any one of the climates listed.

Gonna have to go with Coonabarabran on this oneโthe only good summers of the lot. Sure Little Mountain has the best winter temps, but it's plagued by warm fronts and has ridiculous upwards variability in winter.

Tough one between Coona and Junin. Coona slightly edges for the warmer maximums and more evenly distributed precipitation.

Little Mountain. Has the best summers and is the only one with acceptable summer lows.

We have a very similar taste in climates. I'd say Junin in Argentina is the best one, though the climates in Africa and Australia are great contenders as well

Hmm probably Junin for the dry, mild winters and what look like stormy summers. But maybe Little Mountain. More info needed - storms, snow, sunshine, etc. I imagine LM is kind of bipolar in winter like most of the US South - mix of cold, snowy days and warm, sunny ones?
Bethlehem is also interesting. Nights are too cold for me but I'm thinking it's very sunny?

Nice idea of a thread! I'll go with Little Mountain for the best temperatures, especially during the summer. Coonabarabran would be my next choice but nights are a bit too cold.

Bhaderwah. You actually get some decent snow up there. And Shahi Paneer (a Kashmiri dish) is one of my favorite foods

Alcirits. Farthest from the Equator, and assuming the least thunderstorm frequency.
