I'll go with Encarnacion. Valencia is in second, and Blantyre in third; the rest all seem kind of boring. They're all pretty comfortable year-round, though.

yikes i didn't even pay enough attention to picking a climate in Asia because those record lows are clearly wrong.

yikes i didn't even pay enough attention to picking a climate in Asia because those record lows are clearly wrong. I ticked Taunggyi ( for the spelling mostly...lol ). I'm not so sure the record lows are false, the place is 1400m asl and 20.8*N. The hill country in neighboring Thailand gets surprisingly chilly too ie Chaing Mai, and at lower altitude. |

I think he means that the record low is way too close to the average low for it to be correct (8 C average low vs 4 C record low). I choose Taunggyi as well for the record. Encarnacion was about to be my choice since it looks like it drops below freezing more often. |

All climates are too warm in winter and too sunny in summer.
Let's rank them:
Taunggyi: B+ (nice precipitation pattern and comfortable year-round)
Tegucigalpa: B- (good precipitation pattern, a bit too warm in summer, but least sunny in summer)
Blantyre: C- (cooler than next climates in summer)
Encarmacion: D+ (at least it's wet in summer)
Valencia: D+ (at least it has cooldown in winter)
