I'll go with Encarnacion. Valencia is in second, and Blantyre in third; the rest all seem kind of boring. They're all pretty comfortable year-round, though.

yikes i didn't even pay enough attention to picking a climate in Asia because those record lows are clearly wrong.

I voted for Valencia, but Encarnación comes in next.

I'm not so sure the record lows are false, the place is 1400m asl and 20.8*N. The hill country in neighboring Thailand gets surprisingly chilly too ie Chaing Mai, and at lower altitude.

I think he means that the record low is way too close to the average low for it to be correct (8 C average low vs 4 C record low). I choose Taunggyi as well for the record. Encarnacion was about to be my choice since it looks like it drops below freezing more often.

Valencia is the only one located at a higher latitude with a lower altitude.

All climates are too warm in winter and too sunny in summer. Let's rank them: Taunggyi: B+ (nice precipitation pattern and comfortable year-round) Tegucigalpa: B- (good precipitation pattern, a bit too warm in summer, but least sunny in summer) Blantyre: C- (cooler than next climates in summer) Encarmacion: D+ (at least it's wet in summer) Valencia: D+ (at least it has cooldown in winter)
