I guess Khancoban, NSW for having the most precip during summer. Also looks like it gets some snow during winter.

I dislike precipitation pattern in your preferred climates, except Khancoban. And they are too sunny in summer.
Let's rank climates:
Khancoban: B- (UV index is too high, summer highs are a bit too warm, but precipitation pattern is not bad)
Taica: C- (too cloudy in winter, but summer temperatures aren't bad)
Mirny Station: C- (too cloudy in winter, too cold in summer)
Agrinio: D (at least it has some summer rain)
Fez: D- (at least it's sunny in winter and cools down at night)
Dushanbe: D- (at least it's not very rainy in winter)
Redding: D-/F (no redeeming features)
