I went with all national or first-level subdivision capitals to make it easier.
North America: Orlando, FL, USA
South America: Ciudad Bolivar, Venezuela
Europe: Podgorica, Montenegro
Asia: Bangkok, Thailand
Africa: Bangui, Central African Republic
Australia: Darwin, Northern Territory

Ciudad Bolivar is one of very few places in the world that has average highs above 90'F in all 12 months of the year. I ended up voting for it actually, as it has the second-best precipitation total and the second-best record high for the year; Podgorica scores better in that regard but has a chilly winter that I'm not a fan of. Orlando is good but a 39'C record high is weak.

Podgorica - only one that isn't total garbage (but still bad).

Darwin...this sort of climate is easy to love and easier to hate. Extreme wet and extreme dry. Most people think of only two seasons, however the original inhabitants of the land describe at least 6 and sometimes 7 'seasonal' changes in the weather patterns, and they ( the Aboriginal peoples ) are absolutely right www.experiencethewild.com.au/?p=Birding-Info-Weather-Seasons

Podgorica, didn't have to look. This is almost my favourite European climate, but it's just edged out by Agrinio.

I'm going with Podgorica, but Orlando is a close runner-up.

Ciudad Bolivar for being the driest and having the warmest record low.

Podgorica for an obvious reason.

All climates are too hot in summer. I will rank them: Podgorica: C- (a bit too dry and too sunny in summer, too wet and cloudy in winter, but has decent cooldown in winter) Orlando: D+ (good precipitation pattern and somewhat cooler in winter, but too sunny in summer) Bangui: D (at least it's cooler and cloudier in summer than climates than next climates and has evenly distributed precipitation) Darwin: D (at least it's not constantly hot) Bangkok: D (at least it has proper precipitation) Ciudad Bolivar: D- (no redeeming features)

Podgorica by far for being Mediterranean. Fits the bill for an A grade climate by my criteria.

I choose Darwin for being the rainiest and warm. Though the build-up season is hot.

On second thought, I'll go with Orlando. Sure, Podgorica isn't bad by Gayropean standards, but it has way too fucking much cold winter rain and I'd much rather have more summer thunderstorms in Orlando, it still has some temp seasonality.
