Toss up between Darwin and Orlando. Might go with Darwin for the warmer winters. I live in Bangkok and I find the "winters" are still pretty hot and humid (just with a few cooler days here and there). I would guess Ciudad Bolivar is similar. Darwin offers a bit more of a pronounced "cool" season ("non-sweltering" might be more accurate). But personally I prefer Bangkok's rainfall pattern (more spread out, twin peaks and a shorter dry season).
