All aboard the bandwagon!
Here are my favourite climates by continent (in order of preference, best to worst):
Europe
With pleasant summers subject to heavy downpours and decent winters, and I believe Locarno is a strong contender for the best climate in the world.
Missing info: No record highs/lows on the weatherbox but nearby Lugano has recorded 38C/-14C as it's record high/low.
Australia/Oceania
One of the only cities in Australia with somewhat regular winter snow. It's a very good climate, but it could do with more summer rainfall.
Missing info: I'd guess sunshine is about 2,300 hours annually
North America
Summer highs are a bit too warm but apart from that nothing really to complain about. Looks like it would get some nice summer storms and winter snow.
Missing info: Not sure about sunshine hours; probably 2,500 or so?
Asia
Summer highs are a bit too warm and the climate could be a little wetter, especially in summer. Still manages an A grade.
South America
Winters are far too mild for my liking. Still manages to be the best in South America since the western climates have subpar summers and winter-leaning precipitation patterns.
Africa
I don't really like the precipitation pattern or the wintry shoulder seasons. Despite its shortcomings, I chose it over some Southern African climates for its cooler winters.
Antarctica
Do the Kerguelen Islands count as Antarctica?
Missing info: Probably quite cloudy. I'd be surprised if it manages 1,200 hours annually.

Very tight between Orange and Srinagar, but ultimately I went with Orange due to much more exciting summers and overall better precip pattern. Srinagar's notably better winters simply aren't enough to compensate for its losses in other departments.

Tricky. Came down to Sringar vs. Tandil, and even though Sringar has the superior summers, Tandil's winter highs are double that of the former so I picked Tandil in the end.

Undecided between Locarno and Bristol. I think I'll give Bristol the edge due to more exciting weather overall.

Bristol Tennessee. Storms and seems to be the best summers.

Srinagar narrowly gets the edge over Bristol - and these are the only two with summers that satisfy me. Winters are in the meh zone throughout.

Lorcano. Mild summers and snowy winters. Also, swiss standard of living.

Ifrane, Morocco
Only because it's the sunniest with decent summers (if a little short).

Sraniggar followed by Orange.
Bristol looks like it'd be snowy in winter but no...very deceiving.

Tandil for having the mildest winters and being on the drier side.

Locarno, not a huge fan of the precipitation but the temperatures are fantastic.

Orange has a good balance of seasons to match with my dream climate.

I will rank these climates: Tandil: A- (nice climate (especially precipitation pattern), but winter highs are a bit on warmer side and UV index is too high) Orange: A- (same as above, except of cooler winter high and drier autumn) Locarno: A- (winter sunshine is nice, as well as precipitation pattern but summers are on warmer side) Bristol: B (good winter, but too warm in summer) Srinagar: C+ (too cloudy in winter, too hot in summer. Good for India though)
Port-aux-Francais: C (at least it's never hot) Ifrane: C- (acceptable winter, but precipitation pattern is wrong and too much sun in summer)

Locarno for having the highest precipitation, warm summers and summer precipitation maximum. It's rare to find such lovely summers in Europe.
