Tandil for the mildest winters and being an excellent climate in general

I went back and forth between Orange and Tandil, but picked Orange in the end. Both of these have comfortable summer temps with cool winters. I don't like winter mean temps that are just above freezing, so the colder winters in this group don't look better to me.
Locarno - Decent temperatures but just too wet.
Orange - A very good climate. Winter is milder than Locarno, but still cool enough.
Bristol - Summer a bit too hot, otherwise OK. Winter gets too much rain and not enough snow for a 35F/2C mean.
Srinagar - Summer a bit hot, could use more rain overall.
Tandil - A very good climate.
Ifrane - The best in Africa but I don't like the precip pattern. Too much cold rain.
Kerguelen - Horrible.
