Which Port city do you feel is more oppressive to live in: Penang, Malaysia: Panama City, Panama: I'm going with Panama City. In Penang, even though it's very hot, Air conditioning is quite common. Harder to find air conditioning in Panama City

They're both pretty good. Looooong wet seasons.....how good is that ! ! Must be great to have green grass all year round.

Panama City is far cloudier, so it'd be more oppressive. Temps and rain suck ass in both climates, so my decision is based on sunshine hours.
