Somewhere else. I want to feel everything, so I pick Winnipeg, Manitoba: For anyone not using Celsius: The humidex was 117°F and the wind chill was -71°F. You can't get a more variable climate than this. The Canadian humidex is in that it exaggerates the effect of heat and humidity. Understand your point, but the area around Winnipeg is actually rather prone to surges of heat and humidity from the South. Moorhead. Minnesota, about 3 degrees further south, recorded a dewpoint of 88f/31.1c for a heat index of 134f/56.7c in 2011.

Lytton is pretty good, probably somewhere else nearby with hotter summers but I can’t be bothered to find one.
