All are dreadful in their own ways. But Quito for being pleasant. My tastes have changed a bit in 3 years. Quito, whilst nice during the day, is too chilly for subtropical plants as far as the lows go. Begrudgingly I'll vote for Kampala. |

Singapura. The best combination of high, but not washout-level rainfall, year-round heat, and warm lows.
