This is whacked up data for sure. Oslo's summers aren't much cooler than London's IIRC.
Concerning its real data for July 2020, E. Not quite hideously devoid of pleasant days to be an F, but close. Can't vote though due to missing "E". Most educational systems have an E grade, not sure why the poll doesn't.

A bit cooler, but not that much. JJA avg highs for the 91-20 period are 20.4C, 22.7C and 21.3C.

The 'Murican education system doesn't have an E: I always grew up knowing just ABCDF.

I got the data from Weather.com. I guess since it's not official data from Norway it could be incorrect. Keep in mind that this data is for the month of July in 2020 ONLY. Monthly weather from Weather.com is usually reliable, but after looking at Ogimet, I guess it is wrong. I'm from the states, so I've used imperial most of my life. Switching to a new system is really difficult for me. I'll try though. I would like to make the switch eventually bc most of the world uses metric. Thanks for your help. I think I'm going to delete this post Yeah. The American system doesn't have and E choice usually. I guess I'm going to have to change that too

Always go as official as possible with your forecasts and observations.

Yeah, weather.com is useless for European locations, dunno from where they get their data from. Ogimet has the raw data from the actual weather stations, so use that.
The A,B,C,D,E,F rating system is what we use on this forum, so that you should stick with.

Thanks for your help. I'll make those changes for future posts. I've looked over Ogimet before and I didn't use it because it was confusing. I'll take a look over it again. I have 2 questions for you if that's okay. Do you live in Finland? How do you get that line of text beneath what you write? The text that says They/Them etc. Maybe it's a moderators only thing

Would have given this an E rating, but will have to go F as a D would be too generous.

Cadeau @strawhats Just use this when gradingβI downloaded data from Eklima. Snow depth is irrelevant for a summer month though. Oh, and my rating? It's an F from me for the complete lack of hot weather.

And people ask why I don't like the climate here. That could be July in Riga, Latvia.
July 2020 had a mean of 17.2C in Riga. Good that I was in Greece one week.
