The coldest half a year improved a lot while summer's getting unpleasant especially during the day. Grade B-.

Probably a C.
April thru October looks nice. Nudge those summer temps up by around 4/5C and I'd have said its in the C+/B- range.
Winters are far too warm though. I prefer average highs well below freezing from December thru Feb with lots of precip.

Calgary summers are not going to get 6c warmer in 80 years.
This climate is a D- as it's still far too cold in the winter half of the year.
