Iqaluit has a horrendous climate. This is basically a tossup between Whitehorse and Yellowknife for me. Flipped a coin so I'll go with Yellowknife.

Whitehorse has warmer winter temperatures but this was for sure a hard battle for me, cause it's worse than say, Anchorage where it has the better winter weather IMO.

All are terrible, but Whitehorse is significantly better than the others other than Yellowknife's summer lows. Iqaluit is especially horrific.
