I'll go with Puerto Montt despite its nonexistent summers and gloomy wet winters. Mendoza has better temperatures but it's far too dry.

I like the look of Guayaquil but I suspect it's on the cloudy side (despite lowish rainfall) like the rest of that region. So, I pick Los Angeles for all-round comfort. Mendoza is also decent.

Mexico City is the best of a bad bunch, though I'm not sure if I could deal with the high UV.
