Sudbury seems to have the best variety, so I'll go with that one. Pretty good climate but needs warmer summers.
Southern Ontario has better summers but the winters could be colder and snowier.

Hard choice between Toronto, Windsor, and Niagara. Leaning toward Toronto for the coolest summer highs, don't mind any of the three... having their own pros and cons of precipitation total and should season daytime warm-up progress.

Obviously Windsor. Those legitimate 52C heat indicies won me over. Canadian humidexes are usually seen as a massive joke. Way too high compared to actual temp most of the time. I'll go with Windsor as well.
