Which Location do you think is more likely to see a sunny day with a high of 50 F in January. I think Fresno is more likely since its closer to the 50 F average high temp, but not by much. I don't think highs drop below 50 F all that often. Meanwhile, Cincinatti can see warm surges at times in winter, leading to 50+F temps on quite a few occasions:
