Clifton, pretty nice varied climate, just a bit dry. Flagstaff's summers are New Zealandish but the winters are much colder  |

A tight battle—begrudgingly, I went with Clifton due to not being a hemiboreal shit heap. Clifton's a torrid shit heap though, but a less shitter shit heap.
