Which Climate would you prefer. A chilly high altitude Equatorial climate like El Alto, or a mild mid latitude low Altitude climate like Ponta Delgada: El Alto: Ponta Delgada: I choose El Alto. Way more interesting, more sun, but still fairly stable. Just very unique.

Ponta Delgada, no doubt about it. Neither is especially interesting.

Ponta Delgada, no doubt about it. Neither is especially interesting. The fact you get more possibility for snow in mid summer than early winter in El Alto doesn't surprise you ?

Sure, but seems like it's 1-2 in a lifetime event. Averages are not that nice, and temps seem to fluctuate very little.

I'd choose Ponta Delgada overall

Ponta Delgada is really good and comfortable, albeit a bit bland. El Alto is boring too, and is a big pile of crummer. Ponta Delgada by far!

Ponta Delgada. Higher latitude, lower altitude. Assuming breezy conditions are common, their summer nights must be alright.

Ponta Delgada by miles. It's actually a fairly pleasant climate overall.

This was a tough one but Iโll pick El Alto for being drier and having a chance of cold/snow

Ponta Delgada, much warmer. Imagine having such chilly temps in El Alto but being constantly sunburnt due to the strong sun at that latitude and altitude combination. Not to mention the altitude sickness.

probably one of the most difficult climate battles ever, but ponta delgada is slightly, slightly better overall.

Ponta Delgada. Can't stand a lack of seasons.

Ponta Delgada - but I'd sorely miss El Alto's thunder and hail storms.
