Solid B climate to me, not cold enough in winter, Summer lows too warm for my liking, I want more snow also. Overall still a pretty good climate to live in.

D, pretty bad for a non-elevated climate in eastern US. Boring and cold, and those crummers are nothing special.

Pittsburgh is notorious as one of the worst capital city climates in the US, alongside Seattle. However, Pittsburgh does offer more for snow and storm lovers.

Summers are similar to those here, but winters are more interesting.

D+ - a slightly better Portage but not enough to get a higher grade.
