Atsizat's ultimate nightmare North Turkey climate Even better: it's not a terrorist dump or an ISIS nest and I don't know what its low was yesterday! I like it quite a bit B+ The summer nights would be annoying and I'm sure winters would be too but generally there will be many days within my comfort range and it actually doesn't rain that much either to make it more annoying than Gothenburg or Manchester in that regard! Entirely liveable had it not been for the Erdogay

What constituent parts make it an A? Warm winters (Compared to WI) and warmth in summer. Also I like the sunshine hours and precipitation.

Moderate sunshine hours are actually underrated sometimes, especially on lower latitudes. Here we need all of it because of the cool weather, but in Trabzon's case I assume 27/21 would suffice well enough to get some clouds in summer That being said, Trabzon's summers will be a bit too muggy and it cost its A for me. It'd feel kinda tropical I guess, especially when the sun comes out.

Horrible winter temps, right in that skin-penetrating, damp, bacteria-breeding category, with no sunshine to boot. Takes an eternity to warm up. inadequate record highs. Only decent thing about this climate is the 2 summer months, and even then it is cloudy.

C-
Four nice summer months surrounded by lacklustre/anemic shoulder and winter seasons.

Summer nights yes, that's what completes the otherwise borderline summer highs. If the avg summer lows were like 13 or 14C like in southern Vic, then this climate would've suffered a grade.

Uninteresting winters, sticky summer nights, not much sun. D.
Anybody understand how their highest temperatures were recorded in May and April when their warmest month isn't until August?

C+, the + is bonus points for the beauty of the city.
With that said, the Black Sea has much better climates to the east, like Batumi, the famously "snowy subtropical city".

D. Too wet, cloudy and mild but inoffensive.

March, April & May are cloudier than Buxton. Summer temps are nice. Winter and spring a bit cool and gloomy. C-.

D+, good temperatures in the shoulder seasons let down by the winter drizzle and general cloudiness
