Fairbanks, Alaska has switched from being a subarctic climate to a humid continental climate. I believe it is the northernmost location in North America to have this climate.

F, still horrible despite the lukewarm summers. If a climate has recorded a freeze in every month, it's usually an F grade

E-. Brutally cold winters but at least it has the potential for warm, sunny weather in summer. I'd rather live here than somewhere like Grytviken.
