Does anyone know when Environment Canada will release their new 1991-2020 climate normals?

The 1981-2010 normals weren't released until 2013, so it might still be a couple years. No idea why they wait that long, it surely doesn't take two years to compile that data.

Wow. That's quite a long time to wait. I guess I'll have to be doing some waiting, a few years of waiting... I agree. It shouldn't take 2 years to complete that. The NOAA did theirs in 5 months.

Because they batch release them, and lots of locations have missing data which they need to manually go into and go through hourly records is my guess.
