Durban for the win here. It's a really good climate for its latitude. B+ bordering on A-

Toss-up between Ceres and Coffs Harbour. I might give the edge to Ceres as I believe it gets more storms (plus summer highs are a bit too mild in Coffs).

Coffs Harbour is best of these, Durban better temp-wise but too cloudy to choose it over coffs. Durban is just as cloudy as my current climate. Coffs even has more Clear days than Brisbane.

Jurien Bay is my vote. Could use to be slightly cooler and wetter in winter, but it is overall very good.

Temperature-wise, La Serena fits well with my climate preference though Raoul Island is worth it to choose because receiving abundant precipitation year-round. Being situated middle of the giant ocean, I bet convective storms are uncommon for such latitude and annual rainfall.
