The disappearance of 800 stars in the sky since 1950...Usually, when a star (which of course isn't an eternal stellar object!) disappears, it's either within a very slow and noticeable millions-of-years process, or in a real explosive cataclysm! Either way, it's an observable, discernible event! Here, we are talking about eight hundred blatantly abrupt disappearances of massive cosmic elements! And, evidently, it is not necessary to involve extraterrestrial life and intelligence in this issue. BUT! But if this is a natural phenomenon, this would all the same be of a very, very strange manner, a beyond-our-minds phenomenon, ...and would consequently bring in, instead, the invalidation of almost all of what we know - or what we believe we know - in the scientific field. Not to mention that it would potentially take a long time to only try to understand that natural phenomenon. There are lots of reasons stars would “disappear”, not surprising or strange at all.

There are lots of reasons stars would “disappear”, not surprising or strange at all. There are reasons, of course. It is a logical and ontological necessity. A consequence ensues from a cause. I don't think those articles were ever denying the existence of reasons! Scientists simply cannot explain these events from a rigorously scientific perspective, at least at this time ( ie May 2021). And they are speculating. Otherwise, I wouldn't understand why such an article would have even been written like that... And I thought I'd share because it sounded fascinating. Surprising and/or strange is a matter of perception. Maybe it is not so to you because you already are in the knowledge of how/why these stars disappeared. You should share it.

Oh, and I would add this: things that are not explained yet are neither magic, nor fantasy or supernatural. They are simply natural things that we have not understood yet. And, besides, as limited human beings, there will always be something left unexplained. This is our very nature, from the inside of a world that we will never understand fully! We are not absolute beings, by our very nature. This is logical as well.

I would have likened it down to observational error. I'll read the article later on.
