Puerto Santa Cruz, though that's not saying much as all are quite bad.

And now we come to the real nightmare-tier climates! For me it's a toss-up between Puerto Natales and Puerto Santa Cruz. I might narrowly pick the former (although the latter is warmer) for the drier summers and what appears to be a greater chance of snow in winter.

Campbell Island, FUCKEN! You get to enjoy the handsome ocΓ©anique atmosphere, the lack of sunshine would rejuvenate your skinβyou will never get sunburn, and the refreshingly chilly temperatures also make this climate the best in the world for human habitation.
No seriously, this region has some of the worst climates in the world. I'm going with Puerto Santa Cruz.

South Georgia for the epically snowy winters.
But I must askβ¦why did you hide the precipitation section of Grytviken's wikibox??

Puerto Santa Cruz for the warmest average highs in the warmest month yet still cooler than my ideal.
