2 Places that have a history of nuclear disasters and rather Similar Climates. Which one is a more respectable climate: Fukushima: Middletown, PA: It's Fukushima for me, since it gets significantly better snowfall in winter. Although, their summers are a bit too humid compared to any place in PA.

Three Mile Island. Not a big fan of a seasonal lag in Fuk-u-shima.

The Pennsylvania one. Actually has a 3-month summer, and has a more-even precipitation pattern and better record highs. It's just better even despite the slightly colder winters.

This one was really close for me but I will give it to Harrisburg by a whisker. Less snowfall in winter and slightly warmer and drier summers clinched it.
